At just 18, Joanna Accordi co-founded WorldNet, a software development and internet services firm that catered to Poland’s regional enterprises during the country’s early broadband expansion. 2007–2008 – Quantitative Analyst, Alliance Bernstein Plc (London, UK)

Joanna was recruited by Alliance Bernstein at the height of the Global Financial Crisis, where she served as a Junior Portfolio Manager.
